Templates are starting points, not guaranteed compliant with any jurisdiction or set of governing documents. All sample data in downloadable files is fictional. Spreadsheet formulas are tested with the included sample data, but your edits can change results — sanity-check totals against bank statements. The reserve calculator produces an educational straight-line estimate from your unverified inputs; it is not a reserve study, and some states legally require professional studies our calculator cannot replace. Financial decisions — budgets, dues, reserve funding — remain the board’s responsibility.
